We seek a talented and passionate Bistro Line Cook to join our Majestic Inn and Spa LLC team in Anacortes, WA. As a Bistro Line Cook, you can showcase your culinary skills and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.   Someone passionate about food thinks on their feet and wants to learn new skills.

 Responsibilities: 
  • Prepare and cook menu items by company standards and exceed guest expectations.
  • Assist in controlling food costs by avoiding food waste
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food production.
  • Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
Requirements:
 
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Food handler's permit or certification

Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
