About the Role:
Join VIP Hospitality Group LLC as a Revenue Manager to support our portfolio in WA and OR. In this dynamic role, you'll leverage your analytical skills to optimize revenue strategies and drive profitability while working in a supportive and innovative team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to develop effective revenue strategies.
- Implement pricing models and forecast demand to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align pricing with promotional strategies.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to revenue management.
- Utilize revenue management software to track and analyze performance metrics.
- Prepare and present revenue reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Conduct regular audits of pricing and inventory distribution to ensure accuracy.
- Train and mentor team members on revenue management best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in revenue management within the hospitality industry.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in revenue management systems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus.
