We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Guest Service representative. As Guest Service representative, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring their stay is enjoyable and memorable. Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor upon arrival
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional manner
- Assist guests with reservations, including room bookings and changes
- Answer phone calls promptly and professionally, directing calls to the appropriate department or individual
- Maintain accurate guest records and ensure confidentiality of personal information
- Process payments and maintain cash handling procedures
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure
